-Lack of growth/career opportunities -Difficult to move on to new job from FHI 360 because of old systems. FHI 360 does not keep up with latest technologies or practices. -Work/Life balance (very email heavy) -Pay

- Incompetent executive leadership - Loss of technical talent and expertise - Far greater focus on enterprise service functions than the actual content of the work - Bureaucracy is prioritized over thought leadership
