Pros

Great colleagues! Bright, engaging thinkers are all over the company. Potential is there.

Cons

That potential is never fostered. Management are unskilled in leading groups, mentoring and facilitating productivity. Managers who harbor poor people skills have a tendency to micromanage and devalue their staff. There are good training opportunities to develop these skills, but no accountability for management follow through.
