      Pros

      Great Mission supported by caring and committed staff. Wonderful colleagues. The work is interesting and challenging. Excellent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Where is the leadership? Under constant reorganizaion with no sense of direction or rationale. Heavy workload due to high turnover and constant introduction of new initiatives on top of existing responsibilities. Bad managers are not held accountable. Senior management cannot seem to commit to a direction or decision. Anything can be over-turned or re-decided again, so there is no commitment.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to participate in global research. Filled with interested and caring people.

      Cons

      Upper management is dismal. Constant reorganization, hiring in overhead positions, cutting technical support. Mediocrity and incompetence go unchallenged when brought to management attention. Getting along is more important than getting it right.

      Great benefits, great people and, in theory, a great mission

      Cons

      The organization has a lot of technical talent. Unfortunately, that talent is rapidly leaving. Our top down leadership approach is failing. The executives making decisions appear to have no clue what direction to take the organization, and most managers/directors are too busy to communicate to their departments. Absolutely no investment in the employees or clear path for upward mobility
