Being a small organization, we continue to strive to find ways to best manage our resources, but still achieve our goals and fulfill our mission. In addition, training and development remain a focus for the organization at all levels. In fact, we have three bankwide learning and growth goals for 2023.

There are a lot of introverts, but it is a bank so what would you expect.
