We are proud to offer competitive salaries for our open positions, along with attractive benefits packages. Professional development is a top priority for us, and we have multiple touchpoints to support our employees throughout their career journey. We encourage employees to view open positions within our company if they are looking for a new career path. We are proud of our organization’s growth and leadership, especially during the difficulties of the last year. Our leaders take great care to be transparent, communicate often, listen to feedback, and work together to move forward. No initiative, change, or decision is hastily made, and we make every effort to ensure we support our employees, members, and the diverse communities we serve with their best interests in mind.

Pros

paid school [maybe!!] - bonus - pension

Cons

more woke it gets more people leave [especially p.o.c] - if you thought coke was woke then get a load of FHLBC!! what I dont want... lectures on pride [i dont care about your sexuality], being told im a victim by white middle class executives and hailing george floyd a hero. what i do want... good pay, remote work, flexible hours, childcare help, promotion prospects, good leadership you get above assistant director level the leadership is totally out of touch. they dictate a bunch of intersectional garbage. team leaders and workers want to work!! not spent 50% of there time taking d&i courses. the place is losing a record amount of people of color. senior leadership must wake up now!! management dont seem to care as long as they win diversity awards. if p.o.c leave but most people who remain take the d&i training the bank thinks thats a win.
