      A once proud company that has lost its way

      Truly interesting solutions/products and customers. Good work/life balance. Colleagues and management are accessable. Quality benefits program. Not a meat grinder place to work

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership. Years of non-investment in intergrating aquired products and in developing new ones have come home to roost. Company does not have the internal systems and tools that employees need to manage the business and do their jobs. Company has no universal culture to speak of. Each aquired comapny was never intergrated into a Fair Isaac culture. No true HQ location or charismatic leaders to rally around.
