      Really flexible working environment in terms of hours and telecommuting Still some good people left Not a great deal of pressure Good entry salary

      Cons

      Very non transparent culture Low salary compared to the market Work can be very repetitive Slow to innovate for a company of this size Many good people have fled ship No bonus Don't really care about retaining talent

      Good Company, but ASPAC consulting management is totally cluless

      Pros

      good firm, decent products, strong parent organization does a good job. Industry leading products, good brand equity and excellent hisory with banks

      Cons

      Clueless management in the last 2-3 years. Middle managers extremely focussed on their personal turfs ASPAC Management clueless about products, vision or delivery

      Still has some good people left in the company Located in San Diego, cant beat that. Good to have on your resume, I think

      Cons

      Promotions seem to be dependent on how is your direct manager. Upper management don’t show enough appreciation. Few managers take interest in their direct reports Your group is graded on a scale when bonus and promotion comes around
