      People here are really nice, very smart, and down to earth. They care about their work and do their best with limitations.

      Pros

      Relax and easy going. The people are great for the most part, but management is just sitting around waiting on someone else to do something.

      Cons

      So much to list but they are moving away from what matters to the customer. Moving away from what made them who they were. Upper Management is there to ride the train. Executive management is out of touch with what matters in the industry. It is more like a marketing road show than a software company. All based on a platform to which open source is comparable. No direction provided.
