      Pros

      Relatively relaxed company culture, lots of freedom to innovate and work on projects with no terribly hard deadlines

      Cons

      Pretty subpar benefits, terrible work-from-home policy of 3.5 days in office (what are you supposed to do with half a day in the office?). Very traditional promotion cycle, and not much room for vertical growth.

      Your life will be receipts. Don't expect many raises.
