1. Team culture is not good. Team is not supportive in sharing knowledge with other team members 2. Team is resource constrained, they do not have enough engineers to support 24*7 3. Product support team works like a call center. They pass on the issues to SREs/ DevOps teams without doing any initial triaging or not even collecting enough details from customer 4. Petty politics by midlevel management. Managers show favoritism by awarding promotions, spot awards to some employees 5. Not so good work life balance. You will be asked to work on your day offs but may not get a comp off for it. You might also end up working alone in shifts without even able to take breaks 6. Night shift for some roles
