Pros

They have a FANTASTIC work-life balance. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Although it pays less than other businesses in the financial industry, the pay is still competitive since you are also working fewer hours. There are many opportunities to be promoted. Executives are capable and go-getters.

Cons

A bit too much "life" emphasis on the work-life balance of things. There are varying ranges of intelligence within the company.

Pros

Benefits are very good and low cost. The mission of the company is noble.

Cons

Depending on where you work, it could be good or bad. It really depends on your immediate managers and the directors above them. Some are willing to listen to front-line employees, others think they know what's going on in the trenches but they really have no clue.
