Pros

Pay and benefits are decent

Cons

Way too much politics at the management level (management, not executives). Managers and Directors operate in a very mafioso style. They rarely take blame for anything that goes wrong on their teams, and the directors and above usually don't do anything about it. It's almost like a "tenure" type of job.

Pros

Good benefits, comfortable secure job.

Cons

Poor culture of feedback, and a much older company. When I started there were about 3 employees under 20 including myself which made it hard to feel included.
