Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Earlier this year we made changes to increase the base salary for all employees by shifting a higher percentage of employees' total compensation into the base salary. We made this change to stay competitive as we seek to attract—and retain—the talent and expertise we need to achieve our mission.

Good place to work

Pros

Good benefits such as vacation, personal day, and 401k. Good work life balance and flexible hours.

Cons

You can get pigeonholed in your role. Office-politics drama. Some managers are stuck in their own ways. Some managers handle issues reactively than proactively.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you are enjoying our vacation and 401(k) benefits. We work hard to ensure a competitive package for our employees. We encourage you to have a conversation with your manager about ways you can avoid feeling pigeonholed in your position.
