      Flexible schedules and work from home benefits, zoom meetings with the camera on so you feel more included, random mental health days given from management

      Hard to re-negotiate your salary or get any significant boost without moving to a different team/changing your role

      Highly competent, diverse team, and the new DS management is very active, and the department is growing fast.

      Cons

      Not much work with "Big Data" for natural language applications. Nascent advanced text analytics program is far from fine-tuned.
