Pros

Good people environment. Management is laid back and cool, never came across a problem. You can post to a new position within a year. Had 3 eligible vacation days off after working one week. Vacation/sick days is pretty great. 3 weeks.

Cons

The building is like being in a dark, enclosed hospital. No windows, dirty floors/chairs etc. Long work hours, late work shifts. ZERO TRAINING. ZERO HELP IN TRAINING. I was sat in a cubicle and told to set up my computers and eventually had to set myself up for everything. In closing, over worked and very stressful. If your looking for a last resort career job, this is fitting.
