Pros

Every division is different, so this is more of a review for my division. The managers I have had at FIS have been professional and very reasonable toward me. I do feel challenged in my job, as the software has levels of complexity.

Cons

Depending on your division and assignment, oncall duties and weekend installs can interfere with personal plans, especially on the weekends. This affects some programmers more than others.
