1. Opportunity to work for an MNC dealing in payments and other financial services. 2. Little to no work pressure. 3. Decent compensation. 4. Agile hence well planned work and delivery cycles. 5. Good incentives like subsidized food, health insurance, etc. 6. Social activities.

Cons

1. Long boring meetings, some meetings are scheduled beyond office hours (to accommodate onshore folks) which can mess up one's personal life. 2. Sometimes teams can change at short notice depending on business requirement. 3. Inflexible rules regarding communication infrastructure, have to use laptop for everything. 4. Although they promote learning and sponsor courses for successful workers, there is not much learning at work (a common problem in many IT companies).
