      They will hire and train less-qualified employees.

      Cons

      I felt like I was in grade school working for FIS. Every movement tracked, staff not allowed to interact with each other. It seemed like every day there were huge fires because the software was so terrible. FIS would blame the employees even though the software was clearly faulty. They were very strict with things like tardiness. More than a few minutes late three times in a certain period could get you fired. Also, ability to move up is nearly inexistent. Want to move up? Move out.

      Benefits and perks are nice. A lot opportunities to volunteer(paid) while working,events going to Jags games since FIS is one of their clients

      Cons

      High School Environment, Upper Management is TRASH, Revolving door of upper management/lower staff, Contradictions on employee handbook by product team.
