Pros

People outside my department were friendly.

Cons

Horrible work environment, no one liked to share their knowledge or help with training. As a new hire, I had no direction on what was expected of me and no direction on my tasks. Set up to fail from the beginning. Left for a better working environment.

Pros

Paycheck clears, that's about it

Cons

I created reports that provided little value, though when I tried to improve it by contacting others, etc. (something I've had great success doing elsewhere) I was stopped at every turn. Poor communication at all levels and the building was hundreds of cubes with almost no windows. Please find somewhere more rewarding to work, which would be just about anywhere else.

Pros

Work from home and Job security

Cons

Terrible technology for a tech company. I am constantly battling to maintain access to applications I need to do my job. They eliminated the bonus program and you might get 1% annually. After FIS took over, so many people left and continue to leave. It makes you wonder if why any of us should stay. SG was a better company to work for.
