      Pros

      Good salaries. Interesting work. Remote work allowed. I made friendships that have lasted over the years. Great benefits in general

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance. I was told to make sure I had my phone next to me at night so I could wake up and answer any email that would come in the middle of the night. I was even told that I had too many personal activities outside of work and that was unacceptable. Even though I had this in writing and I reported it to HR, nothing never happened about it.

      Good coworkers; decent money at times

      Cons

      management doesn't care about your well being; when you turn your notice in, you might as well not show up the next day; not much room for advancing unless you are the supervisor's pet. Many rules only certain people in the department were held accountable for. If you are terminated or resign, good luck getting your check and any other related information.
