Pros

Great time off benefits, stock match, learning opportunities, career advancement if you're willing to put in the work, good people in the departments

Cons

Zero work life balance, there are clearly not enough people for the work, red tape for processes, fighting amongst departments

Pros

None, don't waste your time if you value a good job!

Cons

After 7.5 years of commitment to the company I was terminated due to a medical issue. Currently seeking legal advice for possible lawsuit. Use extreme caution, no interest in their people, required overtime, minimal raises regardless of performance.

Pros

Not many. Benefits are ok, but there is less this year than there was last year and it costs more.

Cons

Too many to list. Supervisors' favorite pets are offered advancement, raises, preferential treatment. My title says "Interesting Responses from FIS" because all of their responses say "Contact your People Office Representative, they can help you!" Not true at all. This company endorses bullying and does nothing about the bullies. But the person who is bullied will be written up for the most ridiculous reasons. If you have a problem, do NOT EVER go the People Office. Just DON'T DO IT. The People Office is there to protect the company, not assist the workers. My People Office rep made a huge point of telling me how my People Office file was larger than any other employee including those who had worked their for years (yep, if you would have done something about the bully I wouldn't have been complaining so much) and how he had never had an employee in "executive row." Once again, if you were treating employees fairly and had done ANYTHING about my bully, I wouldn't have been complaining so much. Of course, the bully was BFFs with our supervisor and said supervisor just couldn't be bothered if I was complaining, but if the bully was complaining, she would leap into action. No, the People Office isn't there for you, the worker bee. They are there to protect the company. Be warned! They keep responding to reviews here saying "You should speak to the People Office." NO, you should NOT ever speak to the People Office. If you have an ethics complaint, file an anonymous ethics complaint. Going to the People Office is going to land you on their radar and the next thing you know, you'll be in trouble because your co worker is rabble rousing and you are getting the brunt of it. This company caused me to develop PTSD because they would never do anything about an obvious bully. Be honest with your employees. A lot of the benefits were downgraded this year from last year, yet when you put out the benefit change email you only pointed out the good changes. You never told anyone that the reimbursement on the Hospitalization Policy was going down while our premiums went up. Stuff like that is going to cost you in terms of employee turnover.
