Flexible schedule, fair pay for industry, good place for work-a-holics, many positions require odd hours for anything to do with clients, network, or processing.

Cons

Not for the 8-4 crowd, lots of hours for certain positions, nights and weekends for many - also holidays since it is a financial industry

New middle management over the past 18 months has some talent and has made some progressive inroads toward maturing the company direction.

Cons

Leadership has no real vision for the division which results in a constant shifting of priorities based on few solid values or goals. The result is a suite of half-built or poorly designed products that continue to fall short of customer standards. Another impact of this lack of vision and direction is that existing customer often get sacrificed for the needs of the latest potential revenue generator.
