      Overall Metavante was a great place to work at.

      Work was challenging; Able to achieve a work - personal life balance; Flexibility; Supported professional training; Good senior management.

      Cons

      As with all companies, there were always challenges trying to get funding and resources to get the work done due to conflicting priorities.

      Pros

      Decent pay Some benefits are ok -- they have a pretty decent stock matching plan that offers quarterly bonuses after a year, bonus level based on yrs of service

      Cons

      Rest of benefits are poor at best -- all based on yrs of service, can't purchase extra vacation Some buildings/equipment really outdated have to keep banking hours, little flexibility

      1. Flexible Work Hours 2. Not much work pressure 3. Good benefits in salary package

      Cons

      1. As it is a captive unit on off-shore, no onsite opportunities (if you are lucky you might get it for 2 months) 2. Almost all the technical work e.g. design, requirement gathering, architecting the product all those things are done by USA folks. 3. Not exactly working as product based company. Culture is more kind of service based company.
