      Pros

      Professional growth opportunities at an industry leader. You learn a lot about the financial industry if you are in a tech related job, and you learn plenty about tech if you work in the finance departments. It is also a respectable place of business and goes about the daily routine with the mindset of keeping connected to the clients and keeping information safe. Also, the company is now world-wide. It is very diverse as well. Work/life balance is usually acceptable

      Cons

      The growth potential within certain divisions seems to be limited. Also, the chain of communication is weak. Sometimes, as well, the work/life balance gets a little out of control.

      Pros

      Top notch products. Older work force from upper management down leaving opportunities not available at other payment processing companies. Integration effort currently under way should be complete in 3 years. Those integration projects are very interesting work for a project manager.

      Cons

      Benefits are way behind the times. Almost every competing company offers more financial benefits to their employees and new employees only getting 1 week vacation is about 20 years behind. Bonus non existent for the rank and file workforce - again most (but not all) offer bonus whether it is in 401k or direct compensation.
