Pros

No pros make almost& 10000 less than median salary and I am tired of giving my all for no reward. Something haves to give!!!

Cons

No raises for the third year it’s time to go!!! You can only use Covid and recession as an excuse for so long. I work hard everyday and the fact that our CEO probably goint to to get a raise regardless of what the internal and external factors ares bothers me. You can not expect to give there all when you are not rewarding them for hardwork. To say you revisit is slap in the face. No people of color in leadership roles.

Pros

Generous WFH policies for some groups. Company culture is friendly.

Cons

Salary and benefits are not competitive. They have cancelled raises 2 of the past 3 years. When to do get a raise, it’s 2-3% and may require taking on a different role that requires being on call 24/7

Pros

-Pay isn't bad for entry level -Benefits are decent -Company is working on some cool stuff (but most teams work with legacy systems)

Cons

-Opportunity to grow income is limited to up to 3% annual raises--this barely keeps up with inflation, if at all -Most of my training was designed for programmers because they didn't have dedicated BA training (and the programmers make more than I did) -The technology that I was working with was incredibly dated and thus leaves you with few transferable skills should you decide to leave -New hires are forced into the office 5 days/week, whether or not their teams come in; my team was fully remote and not located within commutable distance of my office
