Thank you for taking the time to review us. To address your comment about the leadership team not being diverse, FIS is committed to fostering and cultivating an inclusive environment and diverse workforce and is making great strides against our 15 commitments that have been shared with our Board of Directors and updated quarterly. We don’t know when you left FIS, but there have been new women leadership appointments in recent months including our new President, Stephanie Ferris, and our new Chief Legal Officer, Caroline Tsai.

Pros

Some clients can be nice.

Cons

Much of the client support division is getting slowly shipped to Manila. The clients are upset with the new IVR system. The current staff are quitting in droves and I keep getting told aren't getting replaced because they are short on recruiters also. There will be very little training. I feel terrible for anyone new here.

Thank you for writing a review. When it comes to our clients, our relentless pursuit of client excellence begins by listening to them. We have accountability measures at every step of the journey. In terms of training, we provide resources for colleagues to support their learning and offer a process for that development which includes defining career-growth goals and self-assessing competencies. Complementing self-assessment of needs, we have a rich offering of learning resources available to all FIS team members to address those self-identified skill gaps and development interests.
