      1. Inclusive and encouraging work culture. 2. You can share your issues and can expect support in return. 3. All the processes are well planned so you don't waste your time trying to figure out things yourself. 4. Reputable and respected company.

      Cons

      Work can get monotonous sometimes. But if you perform well and communicate it with seniors then you might get the chance to get new projects or processes also.

      Training is nonexistent. You’re expected to understand their complex reporting structures and acronym-riddled meetings from day one.
