      Lots opportunities within the company if you want to grow within the industry

      Company becomes big through acquisitions and there is no clear company culture as it is hard to do. The benefit is at most average.

      The average workers are good people.

      Cons

      Does not pay a living wage. I have seen so many people leave this company over the last few years and double their salary at new roles. Their business model relies on hiring kids fresh out of college who leave as soon as they can. Hard to make world class products when all of the brightest leave due to low pay. Insurance plans have high deductibles.
