      * Work life balance is good * Salary is decent * Cab facility has improved considerably since past 1 year

      Cons

      * No new technologies to work and work becomes redundant after an year or so. * Higher management is full of politics * Management need to stop hiring so many managers when the team strength is small

      1. A nice company brand value 2. variety of products 3. Offer salary is good. 4. Most of the project has onsite opportunity but it will be for short term.

      Cons

      1. Be prepared to work in any technoly they provide. 2. Dont believe what they tell you about the project you will be working on. For instance they told me that i will be working on springs and hibernate technologies but when i joined they put me on a project which has only javascript. So bad to work in only javascript. 4. Salary hike is very less. 5. Promotion is very difficult to get and is entirely dependent on management.
