Managers are also not good, they will play politics with you to bring your concerns in front of higher management so that they can shout on you together and everyone will enjoy this. 4. Hiring HR and manager completely deny to the commitments they made to you earlier. 5. To get your own benefits you will have to fight a lot like if you are working on weekends regularly you will get nothing more than other, Company will commit a cab, allowances and many other things to you before hiring but later on they will only inform you about the policies why you can not get this and will help you with nothing.
