      FIS: Great. Call Center: Terrible

      Pros

      FIS offers great benefits, a welcoming atmosphere, and great pay. PTO is 3 weeks after first 90 days.

      Cons

      Call Center at FIS is terrible. If going to the restroom for more than 3 minutes you will "get in trouble." Any mistakes made, no matter how small and human, you will get written up and eventually fired. Eight hours of Mandatory OT every week. Super high turn-over. Just don't.

      Pros

      Decent pay rate, pretty easy going with time off requests.

      Cons

      Inability to progress in career. Extremely simple/boring work. No challenge at all. Lack of employee rocognition. Randomly changes schedule on a whim. Inability to remain consistent with demands and expectations. Will outsource your department without any notice. Ignores night shift personnel constantly.
