Managers all have different expectations and do not communicate with each other whatsoever. Felt like I was doing the wrong thing every day. Management forced me to take my lunch an hour after I got there. I would wait tables for nearly six hours with no break. If I wanted to take my 15 I was only allowed to take it at 9:45 and I would get off at 10. If I wanted to take a 15 minute break before that time they would punish me by taking me off the floor so I wasnt making tips and make me polish silverware until I was off. 100s of problems like the ordering system going down every ten minutes and deleting our orders. They were more worried about micromanagement instead of dealing with actual problems. They used to not let me call my coworkers "dude" while we were in the kitchen. I got fired for calling out sick once and then 12 minutes late one time because I forgot my credentials at home. Another girl who started same day as me called out three times and wasn't even spoken to. Chronically short staffed and we are expected to pick up the crazy amount of slack. Would have to take AND buss 10 tables while being scolded for not bussing tables quick enough. Kitchen was an absolute joke felt like I was a babysitter for the cooks. Forgot items consistently, triple check the items werent raw (they were multiple times a day and they would refuse to redo them unless I went and got the chef to make them do it) Also would for some reason serve food out of order. Would be waiting on appetizers for 20 minutes while the main dish is sitting there ready, then they would start an argument when I ask them to remake the main dish that has been up there for half an hour. Every time I told management they would just come in the kitchen vaguely say something like "guys make sure you serve food in order" and then leave. They claim it is a union job but coworker was denied any of the benefits and she had been there five months and worked full time. Do not work here absolutely horrible experience.
