Large company with a small company, family oriented feel. Great benefits and the ability to further your career.

Cons

Rapid expansion can pull the attention of upper management. That said, you can always get the attention back if you are willing to take control and ask for help.

A few things that I love about this company is it's diversity, everyone is treated as a person and not a number, true team spirit.

Cons

I don't consider it a con really. I just wish we have more Flik properties in the West Coast.

Pros

FLIK and Compass is a great company to work for. My work-life balance is valued and I feel as though there are opportunities in the company to grow and learn new things everyday. I have already grown and been promoted within the three years I have been with FLIK. As a manager with FLIK, I feel valued. The company does give each employee great benefits and cares about their voice and opinions.

Cons

I do wish that there was more opportunities within the FLIK on the West coast part of the country, as most of the business is East coast or Midwest.
