Pros

Good schedules and great co workers.

Cons

Management is terrible! they tell you not to have cell phones out and that it's against company policy but yet they do all day, they also tell you not to eat but they are always eating. You will find them half the time outside smoking all while yelling at you for going to get water for 2 seconds. Management constantly telling you to stand up till you get a pledge like it's a punishment. And when the director comes to town all the managers try to act like they are so professional but really they are not.

Pros

Nothing is satisfying about working for this company.

Cons

I joined FLS Connect as a TSR hoping for a stable, remote job, but what I got was a nightmare. From day one, you're paid a measly $11/hr during “training” (which feels more like punishment), and they’ll dangle the promise of $16/hr in week four—if you survive their constant micromanagement and nasty callers. They have live monitoring on every call; you're required to be on Zoom, no exceptions. Meanwhile, the callers themselves are horrid. I’ve been screamed at, cussed out, and subjected to cruel, profanity-laced tirades more times than I can count. There's also a slight undercurrent of bias, favoritism, and microaggressions (Not surprising, being you're working for an organization that helps fund Republican politicians through questionable, unethical means). Some seem to take pleasure in belittling you for even the slightest error. Bottom line, if you value your self-esteem, mental health, and dignity, run the other way. FLS Connect is a toxic blender of tyrannical oversight, verbal abuse, and paycheck promises that aren’t worth the emotional toll.

Pros

absolutely nothing is okay about this job, the managers / coaches are bullies who want you to squeeze money out of people who are on fixed incomes. The pay is nice if you can stomach the job requirements and the coaches who do nothing but just tell you to be more lively on the phone and give badly put together scripts.

Cons

they made it close to impossible for me to be able to get my wrap up time under control, when i finally did cause they stopped messing with it instead of seeing the progress i was cut due to being final warning. the way these people want you to harrass elderly folks who dont even care about politics or making donations over the phone is insane.
