The overall job duties suck. You are raising money for Trump.

Pros

I learned alot and i havee been in customer service and sales 32 years. The staff there care about you and getting time off is never an issue if its preplanned. Main manager here is springfield office is a good guy and is honnest and has an open door policy. Its a family atmosphere and they dont stand over you with high pressure they let you do your job. Fun place to work and the sups do alot of extra games for bonus cash

Cons

You have to maintain your pledges coming in each month to get a decent hourly pay. If you dont you wont make but minimum wage. Takes alot of hard work.

Pros

The other employees were great, and it was an opportunity to learn some salesmanship. Pay was decent while I was there, though it's now on the threshold of being minimum wage. Benefits are okay, though definitely not stellar.

Cons

I definitely felt that the integrity of this company was lacking. Don't get me wrong, you've gotta sell to make a sale, but telling people the exact opposite of the truth isn't selling, it's lying, and I encountered that on a nearly daily basis during my entire time at FLS. There was always the promise of bonus while I worked there, but despite trying multiple bonus structures, the structure was always extremely exclusive: two or three top people benefited, the rest basically ignored it. Turnover was extraordinary. I have worked at fast food joints with better turnover rates. Management is another problem, for the first two years I was there, I suffered under a terrible manager who literally yelled and kicked things over, then suffered under a complacent manager for the last year and a half.
