Pros

The company gives you sales and customer service experience. It also helps you acquire skills over the phone that can be helpful for verbal communication and being more in tune with client's tones and inflections in voice. They matched 401k up to 5% and had PTO accruals for every hour worked.

Cons

Very emotionally demanding, hard to separate your values from the lies they expect you to give. Upper management has unrealistic expectations for sales goals. They claim that you can have opportunity to get bonuses, but the goals are set really high. They hire felons that talk to Republicans saying, "I vote for true conservatives." when in reality, they aren't legally able to vote. High school students get jobs and lie to people saying their in college. Unethical and unmoral workplace. They work holidays such as labor day Christmas eve, new years eve, calling people.

Pros

The co-workers are great there. The contest they run for bonuses are fun and exciting. Hours are nice. Build nice relationships.

Cons

High employee turnover rates, Afraid of losing your job at any moment. The culture is unsettling. If one person in management or the HR office doesn't like you all management is out to get you.

Pros

FLS offers it's new employees comprehensive and extensive training classes which ensure every employee has the opportunity to succeed. FLS coaches are dedicated to helping you improve your skills are open to feedback on how they themselves can become better coaches. They make you feel like family with many employees having worked there 5 years or longer. Almost every employee truly cares about the causes they are raising money for. The trainers and coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate and are always there to answer any questions. FLS understands the importance of making sure it's employees are happy - and I was until I left after 19 months. Everyone has the opportunity to succeed here regardless of their political beliefs, religious beliefs, appearance or previous backgrounds. You will learn things at FLS that will make you a better person, leave you stronger than before you came - and the relationships will last forever. FLS also offers it's employees daily cash spiffs and the ability to make bonus money when you perform above goal.

Cons

Leave your conscience and morals at the door before you apply and you'll be fine. BE prepared to prove you have what it takes to survive - constantly. Raises are based on production and not automatic. Expectations are very high - but they are achievable. The biggest con is lack of job security mainly due to an off-location Quality Assurance team that "dings" employees for the most minor of infractions and often makes employees feel as they are being "targeted."
