Pros
Cool Products, laid back environment, little to no Micromanaging, Co-Workers are great and helpful, great insurance and benefits, pay is good, 401k match is great.
Cons
Steep learning curve, you don't interact with the products very often so it can be hard to learn them quickly, mining industry can be finnicky so your job security is always in the back of your mind, management can be frugal with funding.
