Not many employees get promoted. It has been this way before, during and probably after the pandemic. Job description changes on a daily basis. It's all about the company, not the employee.

Company has been around for a long time, it's probably stable. If you work in countries such as USA or Europe, benefits are good. If you work in any other country, good luck. Salaries are generally OK but be prepared for management to complain a lot about how much you're getting paid

Cons

Also be ready for sudden shifts in strategy, unexpected layoffs, and having your function get relocated out from under you
