-I was quite depressed after leaving this company. Most jobs were shipped off shore to India. -I felt like I slaved people from India in the bull pen. Per managers request to use Indian personnel. -The stress level was so hi from disorganization that I ended up in the hospital and almost died. -In a public meeting with top personnel, a manager got very close to my face, screamed and yelled so that the spit was hitting the side of my face. His superiors and peers remained silent and felt no need to stop the public abuse. It was amazing that no one would stop the violent behavior. I wish I never joined the military to defend people like this.

Management did a terrible job of communicating and managing the downturn, layoffs, and closing of Boise facility and downsizing of the Spokane office. I'll be amazed if the Spokane office is still in existence by the end of next year. Another example of a big corporation buying a well-run small company and running it into the ground.
