Good benefits. But that's about it. Pay is way below industry average and very little chance to advance.

But it's all true. Once a great company to work for, now...well, like the last two headlines, run away and what happened. Notice the thread in all of these comments? Toxic was mentioned more times then I can count as was poor management. That about sums it up. If you're interviewing keep this in mind. It may all look nice and shiny at first, but once you're in, you realize the disease behind the curtain. If you feel you need to come, do what the smart young kids do, get your 5 years of training then leave for greener and much higher paying pastures. The culture here is so toxic they can't even get people to company sponsored/free events.
