Growing business, lot's of opportunity

Pros

Company has grown consistently each year. Lot's of opportunities to advance. There is a significant investment in technology which is exciting. Improvements to benefit package are a huge plus.

Cons

If you don't like a fast pace or change, this probably isn't the place for you.

Tough Customers, Great Co-workers

Pros

Almost everyone that I can think of held themselves personally accountable for each job that came across their screen during the day. Everyone was trying to keep production rolling with as few mistakes as possible, and if you needed help, then it didn't seem like a hassle to ask somebody for it.

Cons

Working for customers and clients that would refuse to learn a process that would help them and us in the long run. YouTube and WikiHow tutorials and answers exist for almost every design program question out there.

People are great, casual work enviroment and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Pay, Benefits, few holidys, horrible time off if you are not on salary & long hours.
