Pros

Great retirement package. Good mentors and management. Interesting work. Lots of training. Good benefits. Paid time off to volunteer and take care of sick family (including pets!) Work from home.

Cons

Vacation is average/below average. Lots of standards to read through. Niche training won't carry over well to other companies. Siloing of roles. You won't get trained in all aspects of insurance.

Pros

The people were great to work with and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Cons

The work is always longer than 40 hours and you are expected to be available 24/7. Travel on weekends is expected. Clients are very rude to you on a daily basis and do not want you there. No sense of accomplishment. No real career and salary advancement.
