There are a lot of very cool parts manufactured here and present a high level of complexity. Very challenging if you're looking to learn about complex machining and inspection.

Cons

Mandatory overtime is a very normal request, as well as being asked to work on the weekend.

Pros

There is room to grow, but I believe it depends on the department you are in, that will support that growth or move. Support can be found and good people as well to work with that can make the time more enjoyable. Busy place.

Cons

Work Life balance is can be hard to manage when putting in a lot of OT and the environment could improve. Be less dramatic-filled. Busy place.
