Pros

None. You will be wasting your time here.

Cons

Absolutely no professionalism within the entire company. President of the company only cares about revenue and not the people. HR dept. only represents themselves and their personal needs. Lacks 100% professionalism, interpersonal skills and is very condescending to employees. Quality dept. not a team player with experienced Engineering team to resolve and correct product quality issues. Engineering leads lacks professionalism and all management skills, does not communicate with his staff members, complains daily without ever having a good solution for problems and is very disruptive when trying to work. Operations Management is the most unprofessional and conniving member of the entire staff. Forces quality overlook and ship out "defective" products to the customer; thus only cares about quantity and NOT quality. Over a handful of production supervisors resigned due to disrespectful and unethical work-related incidents. "Lays-off" good team members not willing to work under his fraudulent and fictitious management ways. Entire management team works in "silos", no team cross-functional meetings or conversations, No solid solutions for correcting the hundreds and thousands of dollars in monthly product defects, all lack standard office work etiquette, incredibly disruptive and highly mismanaged organization. IF you have any respect for yourself and for your career, steer away from this company...

Pros

An entry into parts manufacturing. A chance to work in the clean room is a great addition to your resume and one step closer to working literally anywhere else.

Cons

More accounts of sexual harassment than I have personally ever seen. The management are unprofessional and harass and abuse employees without a second thought. Little to no action taken in defense of employees. Expect to work 6 days a week, 10 to 12 hours a day nonstop, making as close to minimum wage as they can get away with. The most you will ever see in the from of a raise is POSSIBLY a 40cent raise after a stellar performance review at the end of a year. And that only happens if you remind them, as they will let it go by without a mention if you don't bring it up. No promotions possible, or highly unlikely. Only ability to move within the company is between departments with a nearly identical pay rate. If you take vacation or any time off, you have to receive permission from a supervisor, but will be consistently denied or regarded as not a team player for failing to dedicate your entire life to the company. No work life balance. Incredibly toxic. Employees are pushed to have a combative cut throat mentality where reporting each other to management for taking breaks or using the bathroom is rewarded. Under the table arrangements with managers to push for higher production is not uncommon. Heavy focus on quantity over quality. Our parts inspection department were regularly considered as providing no value to the company due to the extra time parts would spend in inspection identifying problems (due to regular damage and issues with parts). Anyone with worthwhile skills has already moved on or is working on finding employment elsewhere. This leaves only the most cut throat and unskilled workers left to keep the company running. It is essentially a hollow shell rotten from the inside out waiting to crumble.

Pros

Still thinking of something good to say....

Cons

It's only a place where people work while waiting to land a new job somewhere else.
