      FM Global was a great first job and stepping stone, but was unable to retain an ambitious person like me.

      Really push employees to learn about the business. Research facility tour. Accomodating. Very nice building.

      Cons

      Older colleagues affect the culture. Projects were not cutting edge enough for me. Very slow and formalized progression. Compensation. Rhode Island. .NET development.
