      Pros

      - Great benefits and job stability. - There are many talented individuals - Very successful business model

      Cons

      - External candidates are treated better than internal employees (there > one year). - Promotional opportunities are limited, and mainly granted 3-5 years too late. If you want to grow at the pace you deserve then you must leave. - Many people stay because they are comfortable, not because they want to be there. This causes a very low moral. - Everyone in management ultimately looks out for themselves: They tout leadership principles, but very few follow/practice them.

      Fake Reviews Everywhere

      Pros

      Pension Good Medical Excellent colleagues in the trenches (but that is changing rapidly)

      Cons

      Toxic work environment due to arrogant and incompetent management team. The new CEO and his booze buddies lost billions of dollars while in the operations. They then went to corporate and destroyed systems and processes that worked for decades. Their answer to all of this has been to blame their employees and promote each other into the ranks of senior management. It is hard to describe how low moral is at this company.
