Where to even begin. FM Global has completely lost its way. They are hemorrhaging employees and seemingly doing nothing to help those who remain loyal to the company. The loss of field engineers is felt at all levels and it seems the company has forgotten that we are an engineering based company. They do not staff adequately and then scramble when people either retire, get promoted or leave entirely. Did you not see this coming? Meanwhile, dedicated employees continue to get overloaded to the point of burnout. And then, when folks do get promoted, mediocrity and brown nosing is preferred over those who deliver solid, consistent and exemplary work. Is this how you are rewarded the few who remain loyal? Rest assured, we will not put up with this much longer.

Salaries are below market. Remote work is not an option. Management is super hierarchical. Very hard to get promotions for deserving candidates. Had a great culture before, but is changing now.
