      I feel supported and we have some fun times. Great life/ work balance. Pension! Hard to move up if you do not have an engineering degree.

      Cons

      Tools just like any job. Also they removed the toaster from our bistro.

      Pros

      Lots of resources to learn the company business - even outside of your own department. There are opportunities for advancement and movement if you prove yourself.

      Cons

      Like any company, eventually the "pyramid" narrows and those opportunities become less. However, if there are opportunities if one wants it badly enough.

      Pros

      The company has very good employee retention thanks largely to a generous benefits package and welcoming, inclusive corporate culture with a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      If you are not an engineer and you do not live in New England (near the corporate offices), opportunities for advancement can be pretty limited, which means that while they may do a decent job of keeping people around, a lot of them will struggle to break out of their initial compensation bracket.
