Job is interesting. New challenges. Job is a mix between office and field work with a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Company went woke. Claims to be all about inclusion and not discriminating and then fires employees who have dedicated their careers to FM and depend on FM to support their lifestyle, all because they weren’t vaccinated. We now see the vaccine does not prevent spread (1.5 million cases confirmed today) so vaccination is not about protecting those around you, it is a private personal decision. Going woke seems to represent everything they claim to fight against. Moral is very low as great people were fired for no reason.
