I could not have been more wrong about this company, I would not recommend that anyone pursue a career here after the God awful experience I had. FM Global’s first and only priority is woke policies - they routinely impose ideas on employees that are private matters. I can’t speak to what the company was like several years ago, but I can definitively say they are on an out of control war path now. I can personally attest to their willingness to turn their back on people who seek privacy and dignity. They show no remorse for firing good talent and loyal employees who have contributed so much to their success. Aside from the jab mandate itself, which is an abomination, the way they have navigated exemptions was dismal. Constantly contradictory, inconsistent, lacked professionalism, to name a few descriptions. Ultimately we all know what happens when companies go woke, so I have no doubt of what the outcome will be - a complete failure.

They gave people 2 week notices of termination if they don't comply with a mandate held up in court and 4 weeks to come back to office out of the blue. They deliberately did this to prevent and limit the employees options so we can't find or make other arrangements for employment elsewhere. I have never been so stressed out due to abrupt policy changes and strong arming.
